Biocraft carried out a thorough survey of my new house and the report I received was clear and comprehensive in outlining the required works. The surveyor, Clint, was professional and friendly, keeping me updated throughout, and the works were carried out to an excellent standard by the contracted electrician. Very pleased with Biocraft’s service from start to finish.
The whole process was undertaken with total respect for our property and although there was a few areas where some deposits were visible they were of a minimal nature and does not detract from the Stirling job both Dylan and Adam achieved.
The work was efficient, the workers polite and tidy. I was always kept informed as to arrivals and progress. The standard of the work is fantastic. For someone who hates my space being invaded this was a pleasant learning experience. Thank you!

From my initial contact until the job was completed I have been thoroughly impressed with Biocraft. Clint took the time to explain my options when I made my initial enquiry and after the survey sent a detailed email about what work he recommended. The team who carried out the remedial work were friendly, tidy and completed the work to a high standard. They went to additional effort to squeeze under the floor from a hole in the under stairs cupboard to avoid lifting my solid wood floor in the hallway. Communication was good. The quote was also less than I expected, which is always a bonus.

Clinton at Biocraft South West has been absolutely fantastic. Not only did he keep me informed of any changes to the scheduled works, he was also polite, patient and professional throughout. The work was carried out to what appears to be a good standard and we are currently in the process of waiting for the walls to completely dry out. On the whole, the subcontractors used were excellent. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again should the need arise.
Workmen were extremely efficient, friendly and professional. They explained what and why they were doing what they were doing. Clean and tidy.
I needed my kitchen removed, a damp proof membrane fitted, the kitchen replaced and then the room decorated. Removing plaster make untold amounts of dust, but once the work was complete, the house was left spotless. The work was done professionally, quicker than estimated and any snagging quickly resolved. Would certainly recommend this firm.

Clint arrived as soon as we had arranged a revised time. He was efficient and carried out the work immediately, leaving everywhere neat and tidy. He explained every step in terms that I could understand and gave a detailed explanation of what the issue was, and any possible remedies that may be required. I understood when I could expect the report. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
Glenn and his team are very polite and courteous. Hardworking and reliable throughout. A very neat finish. On the other-hand, the sub-contractors who did the stitch drilling were untidy and more importantly didn’t clean up after themselves as I would have liked. This is only a very slight niggle! Happy for Biocraft South West to come back and carry-out the servicing.
Surveyor arrived on time, was careful about lifting floorboards so as to avoid damage, and explained his findings and options for treatments clearly.

The work was started on 30th May and completed on 30th June. Although only four days work, the delay was due to the time needed for the plaster to dry thoroughly. All the work was done to a very high standard and by first rate workman, all of whom were very helpful and left the premises spick and span and disposed of all the rubbish.
